We have the good news to welcome Flemming Endres, 58 years old, as a restaurateur at Copenhagen Golf Club as of March 15, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flemming comes with a background from CGC Golf Club as head chef in 2020-2022, and has also previously been a long-time head chef at AP Pension and Fazer in the period from 2004 to 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Privately, Flemming is married to Helle, lives in Vallensb\u00e6k Strand, and together they have Rebecca, 19, and Christian, 23. Flemming and his wife are happy golfers without high ambitions for the game, and are therefore familiar with the golf environment and club life from their home club, CGC. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flemming is very much looking forward to starting at KGK and meeting all our members. Flemming, together with the chefs in the kitchen, will focus on creating quality for the money, that good taste comes first, combined with creating inspiring food for all our members across ages. Flemming's role in KGK will primarily be as a host in the restaurant, together with our other skilled and smiling waiters. The focus will be on the guest and the taste experience we want visitors to have, as well as creating a good atmosphere for members as well as colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
