We have found the originals of the club's first board minutes from December 1898, which also founded the Copenhagen Golf Club. Attached are pictures of this and the text reads:<\/p>\n

held on Tuesday, December 6, 1898<\/p>\n
a meeting in the King of Denmark's Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n
In addition to the invitees, those present were<\/p>\n
Master of Laws Vagn Aagesen<\/p>\n
Cand. Mer. Folmer Hansen<\/p>\n
Professor, Dr. Mer. S. Levy<\/p>\n
Director Rothenborg<\/p>\n
Director Carl R\u00fabow<\/p>\n
Director Valentiner<\/p>\n
After some discussion, it was decided<\/p>\n
to start a Club under the name of<\/p>\n
Copenhagen Golf Club.<\/p>\n
The membership fee was set at<\/p>\n
20 kroner annually (10 kroner semi-annually) Deposit 10 kroner.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It was decided to send out an invitation<\/p>\n
to a limited circle \u2013 approximately 50 gentlemen, who<\/p>\n
is assumed to have an interest in the Game,<\/p>\n
with an invitation to join as a member-<\/p>\n
limbs and provisionally to meet to learn<\/p>\n
The game to know the following Sunday,<\/p>\n
on the Lamb's Cove.<\/p>\n
The following were elected as provisional Board members:<\/p>\n
Master of Laws Vagn Aagesen<\/p>\n
Manufacturer L. Friis<\/p>\n
Wholesaler Gustav Hage<\/p>\n
Cand. Mer. Folmer Hansen<\/p>\n
Inspector E. Schmidt<\/p>\n
The club then (by L. Friis)<\/p>\n
acquired the Magistral's Permit to<\/p>\n
to play at the Lamb's Nest, but at<\/p>\n
condition that all dug holes<\/p>\n
covered again at the end of the game<\/p>\n
each game day.<\/p>\n

The club has also adopted Here<\/p>\n
Charles R. Jensen, who during a multi-<\/p>\n
A year-long stay in America has educated<\/p>\n
themselves in the Game and, among other things, functioned as a pro-<\/p>\n
Professional Teacher at several Clubs, to<\/p>\n
to arrange the playing field and provide instruction<\/p>\n
display in the Game. According to the agreement,<\/p>\n
he for a fee of 25 crowns for<\/p>\n
The month ensures that the track is<\/p>\n
laid out (holes laid) every Sunday, and<\/p>\n
