Thank you for a good general meeting on Sunday, April 7, 2019 in the club's restaurant.<\/p>\n

The minutes of the general meeting can be read here: minutes-general meeting-7-4-2019<\/a><\/p>\n

The board has constituted itself with the chairman, Birgitte Henrichsen, with vice chairman Christian Rosenstand, treasurer Jens Peter S\u00f8rensen and hon. secretary Ina Agerb\u00e6k.
\nBoard member Helen Vang Siegumfeldt wants to resign from the board. \u201cI have had increased responsibilities at my job, which makes it difficult to fulfill the position as a board member, which turned out to be more time-consuming than originally assumed,\u201d says Helen. The board will discuss at the next board meeting whether they will find an alternate or continue with 6 members until the next general meeting.<\/p>\n

An update of the club's bylaws according to proposal 1 will follow soon.<\/p>\n
