Another new feature this year is “Become a Golfer.” The hope is that those of you who have a course permit and would like to play more golf, but don’t really know who or when, will find a natural place to play more golf!
From 10-12 we have training, we practice putting, the short game and swing.
From 12-1 pm, the restaurant and the Junior Committee offer burgers for only 75 kr.
Starting Tuesday, December 12, the course will be played from the black and green tees, respectively.
We are concentrating the winter game on fewer tees and thereby making the course a little shorter. The purpose is to give the most used tees a much-needed break. The course will be shorter to play for most golfers, but it fits well with how much shorter the ball flies in the cold weather.
Black and green courses are rated and created with help from the Danish Golf Union.
Due to the mandatory mat rule, you cannot be handicap regulated, but you can play matches against your fellow players.
Mat regulations apply. Mats must be used on tees, fairways, semirough, foregreen and green surroundings.
We will return to the usual courses when the new season is approaching.

The Introgolf season is coming to an end, but there are still a few playing days left, here Brief information about the rest of the season.
On Monday, August 28th, the monthly match will be played, registration is done as you know. via Golfbox. Registration deadline is Thursday, August 24, at 12:00 noon. Hope to see you.
Monday, September 4th – is a completely normal intro golf day with registration, as you know, via Golfbox, on Friday/Saturday mentors are allocated times.
Monday, September 11, A closing match is planned, and we say goodbye to the 2023 season, which is already open for registration. via Golfbox, the registration deadline is September 7, at 12:00.
Monday, September 18th and 25th are reserved for those of you who have not yet obtained a runway permit. But everyone is welcome to come, but please be aware of sunset.
On Sunday, June 4, 44 fresh KGK members turned up for a festive day on the golf course and subsequent petanque on the terrace.
12 holes were played, 1 to 8 and 15 to 18.
On the first 4 holes, the best score counted and on the following 4 holes, the 2 best scores counted and on the last 4 holes, the 3 best scores counted.
It was a close and exciting match which was won by the following teams:

After the golf game, we enjoyed a nice barbecue buffet on the terrace and started the intense and exciting petanque tournament. Again, energy, commitment and passion were put into the game. After the initial rounds, there were 3 teams left fighting for the victory.
Member Hans Henning Jensen, who was the initiator of the construction of the Petanque court a number of years ago, had donated a very large bottle of Rosé to the winners of the Petanque tournament. A HUGE THANK YOU to Hans Hennig for the donation,

Then it was summer ⛳ and what a start. We started with KGK Social – a 12-hole tournament and Petanque, an absolutely fantastic day. June is well underway and there are a few things you should be aware of.

19. juniversity 2023– Excursion to Smørum golf club.
Since the course is closed due to Company Day, we have a special offer for those of you with a course permit, 9 holes of play with a rolling start at Smørum Golf Course. https://www.smorumgolf.dk/. Registration must be done via Golfbox and the deadline is Friday, June 16, at 12:00. The list of participants will be sent to Smørum and you will receive an email from Golfbox about your starting time.
I hope you will take advantage of this offer, as the course is unknown to several of you, it is important to help each other get around well.

We will play 9 holes of Greensome Stableford. Here, ladies play from Tee 49, and gentlemen play from Tee 52. A Greensome is played in pairs, each player drives out and then the best drive is chosen. From there, you take turns hitting the ball until you are in the hole. Registration must be done at Golfbox the following Link and the deadline is Thursday, June 22, at 12:00. After the match, there will be a joint dinner and prize presentation.
NB for this day is for players with HCP 28-54.
In July, Introgolf is played every Monday with a monthly match on July 28th.

Remember to put your turf back
Carry a bag of sand and grass seed around for repairing turf holes
Correct putt marks on the green
Tear after you in bunkers
Play with your own balls, it is not allowed to play with balls from the driving range. Pace of play, is behind the ball in front and not in front of the ball behind.
