The Elite

The Elite Committee's focus is that KGK is a sports club where elite, junior and exercisers have a good time together and thrive in each other's company. At KGK, we also want to be able to help create and continue our proud sporting results throughout the club's history, and thus have an elite that is represented in the top ranks of the Danish tournament on the respective teams. We also want to help create individual top positions in elite tournaments at home and abroad. Last but not least, we would like to have players who represent KGK on the DGU national team.

An elite player in KGK, in addition to his concentrated focus on developing the game of golf, must also set a good example, both towards our junior players and at the same time as a good ambassador for the elite and KGK.

Therefore, it is our clear intention with the elite work in KGK to:

• The elite player – in return for KGK's support for him/her – is not only an anonymous member of the club, but is also an active role model with regard to play, ethics, knowledge of the rules and good behavior inside and outside the club.
• The elite players are exponents of the fact that KGK is a special place where good golf is played at a high level.
• New strong KGK talents are being developed who can take over and continue KGK's proud traditions and ensure the fulfillment of the club's sporting goals.
• Training and development, as far as possible, are made reasonably available to elite players and juniors who show motivation and willingness to improve their skills, so that they can thereby establish themselves at the top of Danish and international junior golf.
• that a good climate for elite and talented juniors in KGK will continue to be created and maintained, so that the best stay and do not feel tempted to switch to other clubs; however, without any form of pampering.
