It's not often that we have to apologize for the good weather. But it happened when we had an Open Ladies' Day on Tuesday – July 20 – with 72 participants. The weather was fantastic – sun and a gentle breeze. The course was beautifully set up, and Martin's fun drawings on the 4th and 17th holes stood out clearly in the fairways. But there was one group we had forgotten to make an appointment with. The animals – yes, the animals. They were hiding in the shade most of the day. They just need to know that they were missed by our guests.
And there were many guests – 54 from 18 different clubs in North Zealand. From Ledreborg and Søllerød alone, 7 ladies from each club came.
We had again this year provided a nice prize table with the same prizes for the A+B-row. The first prize was a gift certificate for 2 people from the new international Spa Aire Ancient Bath in Carlsberg-byen. The 2nd to 7th prizes were polo shirts, caps and small bags from Daily Sport supplemented with rosé wine and golf balls.
Oh yes, there was a super prize! – A trip for 2 to Gran Canaria from Golf Plaisir.

Closest to the flag on the 12th hole was won by Susanna Norup, Ledreborg, with 4.50 m. On the 18th hole by Lene Brokholm Nielsen, Fredensborg, with 2.86.
