The sun and good spirits were with the Tuesday Club when we held the opening match on April 14, 2026.
Forgotten was the long cold winter with snow-covered golf courses that would never end.
60 participated in the Opening Match, where we played Texas Scramble. 9 holes with 4 on each team, like that. The bag was ”shaken” so that there was a player from each row on the team – almost like that.
The following lunch was also a great success. Mikkel served freshly baked focaccia bread with smoked salmon with cream cheese and red onion and Avocado on toasted rye bread with feta cheese and sesame as well as spinach salad with blueberries and nuts. A wonderful lunch that was praised by everyone.
The prizes were wine and/or balls for the 2 best teams in each of the 3 rows, which started on the 1st hole, 5th hole and 10th hole respectively. Since there were many similar results, there were – as a festive touch – prizes for everyone who came in first and second.
