FOUR EVENING GOLF

9-hole tournament every Tuesday afternoon
From the first Tuesday in May until the last Tuesday in August
From 5:30 p.m. (See also clarification in point 3 below)


About the tournament:  

  • The tournament is a counting tournament over 9 holes, for those of you who are busy and want to be part of the community in your club.
  • Open to all members who are 18 years of age or older on the day of the tournament.
  • However, it is still possible to participate in the tournament if you play earlier in the day.
  • From EGA – handicap minimum 11.5 – maximum 54.
  • Game format: Stableford from tee 45 in one row.
  • The tournament fee is 175 DKK for the entire season, which is paid on the day or at the secretariat and DK nota is placed in the envelopes provided, with name and membership number.
    As an alternative, you can also pay a tournament fee of 20 DKK per round, which is paid on the day in the envelopes provided with your name and membership number before the round begins.
  • Registration via the appointment booking in GolfBox.
  • There must be a minimum of 4 participants for the tournament to be held and to trigger prizes and points.
  • There is a club cup every Tuesday and an ongoing tournament (order of merit). Points are awarded for the first three places.
  • Prize giving will be held at the Weekly Tournament Final Tournament.
  • It is permitted to allow passengers to be transported during the scheduled round.
  • It is possible to play with a club handicap, but it does not count in the results until you have an EGA hcp - the committee will register your score and after three rounds you have an EGA and can participate in the tournament.

Regarding scorecards & handicaps – regulation, it should be noted that:

  • The tournament in general will be counting.
  • Players must hand in scorecards, otherwise the player will be disqualified.
  • Disqualification will count.
  • Missing scorecards are recorded as NR (no return), which also counts. In special cases, the tournament management can be contacted.
