Results Aug 29 and Sept 5: A good experience that deserves to be repeated. That's why the Tuesday Club went again this year to Tegelberga Golf Club. The many compliments we had from last year's visit paid off. So we were 40 golfers who took the bus at 8:00 on Sept. 5. In addition to the Tuesday Club's 31 ladies, there were 9 from KGK.
The weather was perfect and the course was set up beautifully after last month's European Ladies' Amateur Championship.
There was a semi-gun start at 11:00 and after about 5 hours everyone sat down happily – and tired – at the lunch tables, where the menu – made to order – was a repeat of last year – cod in lemon sauce. It was simply delicious.
Everyone played stableford, divided into two teams.
Today's winner in the A-series were: No. 1 Tofa Nadelmann 36 p. No. 2 Finn Allingstrup 35 p. No. 3 Christian Majgaard 34 p. No. 4 Anita Näsberg 31 p. No. 5 Anne Grene 28 p. (best of the last 9.)
B-row: Eva Stack 37 p. No. 2 Lea Høst 32 p. No. 3 Annette Fabrin 30 p. No. 4 Nina Kai Nielsen 28 p. No. 5. Steen Kalsing 28 p.
First prize in both rows were 2 green fee tickets to Tegelberga, 2nd prize 1 bottle in the A row and a Drambuie in the B row. 3rd prize a shoe bag from Lindenberg and a Footjoy golf hat. 4th prize 1 bottle of Aperol for A+B and 5th prize a pack of balls for A+B.
At home at the Hermitage Stack for was played, but only a few in the A, B and C rows had submitted scorecards. According to the starting list, 13 played divided over the 3 rows. So it does not trigger a prize.
In the 9th row, 13 scorecards were handed in and here became no. 1 Else Ankerstjerne with 20 points. No. 2 Grethe Backer 17 points and no. 3 Birgitte Willumsen 16 points.
