Excursion to Tegelberga Golf Club

IMG_4296

Tuesday 6th September: There were no disappointed faces after the round of golf on Tegelberga's beautiful and magnificent course and I dare say that everyone was very excited. This also applies to those who were a little hung over after 18 holes in windy but sunny late summer weather.
In addition to the 35 ladies from the Tuesday Club, there were three gentlemen from the Old Boys Club, so we filled the bus.

Otherwise, the program was the same. Departure from the parking lot at 8 a.m. Warm croissants, but only a little coffee due to an accident with the cash register on the way out.
Our gun start at 11:00 was moved up to 10:40, but after that everything went according to plan – that’s how it was. There was a bit of a wait for some of the teams, and a lot for the team that had problems because a cart drove into the lake. But with help from the teammates and the greenkeepers, all the equipment was fished out, except for a cell phone.

The course was beautifully laid out, and it is not without reason that it is in the top 5 among Sweden's 220 golf courses.
The sun was warm and the wind was fresh, but fortunately the fairways were wide and the rough was far away. Only the lakes teased occasionally.
The match was divided into A and B rows, with the latter playing from tee 42. The other 38 played from tee 48. After the match there was a delicious hot lunch: Cod with lemon-marinated trout roe, lemon sauce and salad – coffee and dessert.

The top 3 scores of the day were:  The A-row: No. 1 Anette Nygaard 43 p. No. 2 Trine Rosenørn-Lehn 38 p. No. 3 Vivi Hallstein 35 p. (lowest handicap) – there were 5 with 35 p.  B-row: Bente Holte 31 p. (lowest handicap.) No. 2 Kirsten Dalgaard 31 p.
The prize was 1 bottle of wine for the five winners and 2 green fee tickets, which the club was kind enough to give away. In addition, 5-6 small prizes from Anita Näsberg.

At home at the Hermitage regular stableford was played. 18 played 18 holes, but only 5 scorecards were submitted. 8 must be in each row before it triggers a prize. The best score of the day was Beatrice Lorenzen with 39 points. No. 2 was Henriette Nyvang with 38 points. The scorecards that were submitted are also entered

IN The 9th row 18 participated and the three best scores of the day were:
No. 1 Elisabeth Harpøth 21 points. No. 2 Katja von Cotta-schønberg 19 points (lowest hcp): No. 3 Birgitte Willumsen 19 points. In the 9-row there is a fl. wine for no. 1.
