Wow – it wasn't exactly the golfing weather we had hoped for for this year's Generations and Halloween match, but 34 brave and steadfast junior/senior players showed up for the 18-hole tournament and 4 players for the 9-hole tournament. So cool.
It was a real ordeal and several teams had to capitulate, the storm knocked over carts and umbrellas flew away and everyone got soaked. Not ideal conditions, but there were 4 tough teams that endured the hardships and completed the 18 holes, so great.

Despite the rainy weather, spirits were high and many warmed themselves by the fireplace before carving pumpkins. Hot cocoa and Christina's delicious spider web cake were enjoyed.
All the beautifully carved pumpkins were displayed in the restaurant window and today's waiter team, Julia & Frederik, selected the winners of the pumpkin competition. Big congratulations to everyone.
