On Sunday we held one of DGU's JDT tournaments (Junior District Tournament) at Copenhagen Golf Club. The weather was very nice and the course was in great shape with green fairways, tough rough and fast greens. It also produced some really good scores. One of our juniors, Frederik Kjærgaard Rasmussen, made an eagle on hole 10 and finished in 2nd place. At the same time, Louie Bizarro finished in 4th place, and Alfred Harder finished in 5th place.
There were also games in U14 in Værløse and U19 in Hornbæk. In U19, Peter Emil Andersen was No. 3 and in U14, Magnus Becker Frederiksen was No. 5.
Overall, the juniors at Copenhagen Golf Club have done very well in this year's JDT tournaments. 3 out of four tournaments have been played so far. KGK players are in 1st place on the order of merit in JDT U14, JDT U16 and JDT19.
JDT U14: Frederik Tvede and Kasper Verwers are tied for 1st. Magnus Becker Frederiksen is ranked 5th.
JDT U16. Frederik Kjærgaard Rasmussen is ranked No. 1. We have four players in the top 10. Alfred Harder, Louie Bizarro and Niels Hertel.
JDT U19: Peter Emil Chr. Andersen is number 1
