We are very pleased to announce that we have hired Oskar Almlund as a highly knowledgeable replacement for Marc Molin.
Oskar is 31 years old and lives in Malmö with his fiancée Fanny. Oskar is Swedish and has worked for Falsterbo Golf Club for the past 2.5 years and has been a professional since 2009. In Falsterbo, Oskar's focus has been on developing the junior work, which he has achieved great results with. Furthermore, Oskar is specialized in Advanced Shortgame via the Swedish PGA, and spends part of his winter teaching other coaches in shortgame etc.
Oskar looks forward to joining a coaching team with our head coach Klas Olsson, where the club expects that they will be able to complement each other for the benefit of all our members, regardless of age and wishes.
Oskar says about his employment:
“I am looking forward to starting my work at Copenhagen GK, especially since I look forward to working in a large team where everyone works on the same values and framework. By having a framework that permeates the entire club, we have the reason for success, not only in golf, but also in life. I hope to contribute to the development of the club's juniors and members with my commitment, as well as knowledge of the game of golf and the swing. Working with what I love gives me energy and joy, which I hope you will be able to feel in my lessons and teaching.”
Oskar will start at the club on 1.1.2019, but will visit the junior & elite training sessions over the coming months to get to know them better. We will keep you informed about Oskar's email, contact information, etc. as we get closer to the turn of the year.
