We started the anniversary week in the best possible way yesterday, with a total of 40 participants for the Texas Scramble in lovely and much-needed summer weather. This morning, 15 brave Copenhageners went out and played sunrise golf at 5:45 am – what an experience!
Other events
If you haven't registered for a tournament during the anniversary week, you still have the opportunity to participate in a competition. Tomorrow (weather permitting) there will be a short game competition at the new card game area from 10:00-16:00. Our head coach Klas Olsson is the host and is ready with a good challenge and great prizes.
Friday afternoon while “The Flying Moments” are playing up to the Old Boys party on the terrace from 3:00 PM, there is a putting competition at the clubhouse. Everyone is welcome to join Holger Frederiksen on Ordrupvej is sponsoring the Old Boys tournament, where there are rumors that they are bringing their amazingly delicious gin. So remember to book a taxi or take your bike when the Friday bar is to be enjoyed on the terrace.
Available times
If you do not wish to participate in any of the planned events, there are available times at the following times throughout the week:
Monday: 9:00-13:50 and after 17:10.
Tuesday: after 4:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:30 to 12:40. There is physical ball running from 8:40 to 12:40. The club offers free coffee while you wait.
Friday: From 1:40 PM onwards
Saturday: 6:30 to 10:20 and after 3:30 p.m. There is physical ball running from 8:00 to 10:20.
The restaurant during the anniversary week
Your match fee for each tournament also covers meals and a small drink in the restaurant. Most days it will be buffet style, but Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoon There is also the opportunity to get delicious homemade Italian ice cream and an optional coffee in the restaurant.
The restaurant offers delicious buffets all week long at a special price of 98 kr/person. Starting with a grill buffet on Sunday evening, Danish buffet on Monday, sliders on Tuesday, open sandwiches on Wednesday, and many other goodies. We will NOT be running the regular a la carte menu this week, but will only be able to offer the buffets. Every day for the tidy sum of 98 kr./person. This also applies to your guests and ONLY until Saturday 19/8. We hope that you will support the initiative for this week

Saturday evening program
The program for Saturday evening is planned as follows:
Approximately 17:30-18:00: Start-up seafood, tapas and cheese
20:00-21:00: Entertainment with singer, Tomas Thordarsson.
21:00: Prize presentation and tribute to the week's winners in tournaments where only club members participated.
Approximately 10:00 PM: Thank you for today.
Remember to book a taxi in advance to Springforbivej or come by bike so you can enjoy anniversary wines in rosé, white and red, or some lovely drinks.
