Open Ladies Day again with great scores

There were again many good scores in both divisions when the Open Ladies' Day on Tuesday, August 23rd was held in the most beautiful sunny weather. The A division was won with 41 points and the B division with 46 points. 87 participated – 54 from outside and 33 from KGK.

The main sponsor this year was again Amazing Space, which has developed a series of organic beauty products, which includes everything from face and body care to dietary supplements, fragrance and makeup. The first prize in each row was products worth 2,000 DKK and were prizes from Amazing Space for the 5 highest scores in each row. Next was wine from Rosé, Vin & Bobler, who also sponsored wines for the longest drives and closest to the flag.
The icing on the cake was a grand prize from Golf Plaisir: – a 3-day stay for 2 people at the luxurious Greek golf resort, Costa Navarino. After the match there was lunch, which this year consisted of Gazpacho Carpaccio, salmon salad, cheese and carrot cake.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, and an equally big thank you to the sponsors, greenkeepers, pro shop and restaurant for helping to make the day perfect.

No. 6 Lotte Stächer Christensen, Hedeland 35 points. No. 7 Karen Munk Christensen, KGK, 35 points and no. 6 Anette Brock, KGK 35 points.

When the course was full, the 9-hole tournament went to Hørsholm Golf Club again this year: 9 holes of stableford were played here. The winner was Else Ankerstjerne with 19 points and in shared 2nd place were Anne Birgitte Lundquits and Birgitte Willumsen with 17 points.
