Rosé match against the wind
Tuesday, July 28: We had otherwise gotten used to summer, sun and mild winds, but alas, the last thing – the wind – was not mild, but quite fierce when we started the Rosé match at 9:00.
This is the 4th year we have played the Rosé match with red ball. Even though many were on vacation, there were 27 who played 18 holes and 15 9 holes.
Mikkel served Afternoon Tea (without hot tea) with cucumber and salmon sandwiches, scones with lemon foam and French macarons.
Winner of today's team match with red ball was Mette Toftegaard, Bodil Kock and Janne Fehrn. No. 2 Lotte Fischer, Anne Hjort and Maria Gad, No. 3 Mihoko Winther, Cellina Bisgaard and Annette Suhr. All with 33 p.
The 9-row was won by Elisabeth Harpøth, Beritt Skeel-Gjørling and Brit Roust Jæger with 21 points. No. 2 Else Ankerstjerne, Winnie Brandt and Katja Von Cotta with 20 points. No. 3 – also with 20 points – Pille Leth, Anne Stryhn and Annette Fabrin.
