There was sun, blue skies and 2 degrees of heat when the Tuesday Club had its Opening Match yesterday (April 18). After a few cancellations, but also a few new registrations, we had 74 participants in the match, and another six came for lunch. Foursome Stableford was played over 12 holes, where each team, as far as possible, consisted of two players with a high and low handicap, respectively.
After the round, we warmed up again around the round tables, where the new restaurateurs, Tobias and Fredrik, served delicious Tapas. A great success.
Today's match was won by Kirsten Lyngbye and Lise Neukirch with 19 points. No. 2 was Inge Udsen and Birgitte Willumsen with 18 points. No. 3 and 4 both had 17 points. Since it is the lowest handicap that counts for the same score, No. 3 was Anette Brock and Bitten Michelsen ahead of Mette Dam and Lis Garval. The second-to-last score was also rewarded. It was Lis Engel Møller and Margit Friis. The prizes were the same for everyone: A training lesson with Klas.
