The course will be closed for play until Sunday, March 1st.
An assessment will then be made as to whether the track can be reopened.
The last 24 hours of rainfall has seriously changed the course's condition and there is now water in places where we don't normally see water. It is very slippery and muddy on the bunker edges and all slopes. The wear on paths and transport areas is too great.
