Course status June

3 hole

We are experiencing a very large rainfall deficit this spring and early summer. There may be another big round of rain this weekend, but the course is under heavy pressure. Fertilizer and rinse aid have helped on the fairways and closed the last holes so that layups have been lifted, but water is needed to hold it together.

We have construction work coming up next week. On Monday the 8th we will start renovating the irrigation system around the 8th green. New sprinklers will be installed for the greens, but the special thing is that area sprinklers and foregreen sprinklers will be installed. The work will take most of the week and you can expect the flag on this hole to be placed on a temporary green while the work is done.

The newly renovated tees on the par 3 course will be ready for use very soon. Unfortunately, some players have been unable to resist them, but please be patient.

Enjoy.
