Some glorious and fantastic rainy days have marked the beginning of May. Many thanks for all your kind thoughts to the greenkeepers so that the rain finally comes to the rescue of a tired and thirsty course. Now the grass gets a chance: Moisture and heat are available and we can expect the winter damage and wear to disappear during the month of May, perhaps in some places at the beginning of June. But it has also been a long winter season and a busy start, so the work on the course in the near future is planned to repair as much of the wear and tear as possible. There are a few picky eaters on the course, though: Keep an eye out for the club's own Ludvig Westenholz, who, together with Jonas, single-cuts our tees. They do a great job.

The requirement to use a mat on the range has been lifted, but you are still very welcome to use a mat if you are standing in a weak area or feel sorry for Louis and Søren, who take such good care of the area.

The putting green at the range has also reopened. We expect it to recover quickly from the winter's disease outbreak.

Have fun and remember to take care of the course, each other, the other guests of the Forest and the Forest's permanent residents: the deer.
