We have now seriously reached the point in the season where we switch from fine playing conditions to where we more frequently experience worm shots, heavy lies and mud on the ball.

We have reached the technical winter and despite the fact that we have good and healthy greens and better, firmer and closer fairways than before, the game of golf will be different and we must take care of the golf course so that we can play golf in the winter, but also have something left of it for April when the season really starts again.

Therefore, starting Monday, November 4, the first part of our winter course will be introduced:

Mat requirements (tee, fairway, semirough, green surroundings)

The rated "winter course" with green and black tee blocks is being set up. Our regular wooden blocks will be in winter quarters.

Only play from the winter course tees.

Rivers are collected.

Fiberglass poles on greens. Wooden flagpoles are coming in winter quarters.

Collection of balls on the range will cease. Players must collect balls from the range themselves.

The par 3 course is closed.

Use of scooters on the track is suspended

What is still open:

We will continue to have flags on the greens. We will maintain the course as usual at this time, i.e. rolling, mowing, moving holes, demolishing bunkers, etc. A reduction in these tasks will occur when weather conditions allow.

As always:

Remember the mat

Straighten your impact marks

Make room for faster-playing balls behind you

Enjoy!
