After the defeat in Gilleleje in last year's friendly match, we were ready to take revenge, and we did. The Tuesday club won 7-3 in today's match, where 10 teams played fourball bestball.
The weather was great, the course was great and we received a lot of praise from the Gilleleje ladies. Many thanks to the 10 teams for their efforts.
The best KGK performance was by Birgit Peitersen and Helene Lundgren with a victory of 3/2. Gilleleje's best team was Hanne Skelgaard and Lise M. Petersen, they won with 4/2.
At the subsequent lunch on the terrace, the table was festively set around the round tables.
The rest of the Tuesday Club played regular stableford. There was only one A player, while there were 7 in C-row, which was won by Lise Neukirch with 38 points. No. 2 was Bodil Kock, 37 points and no. 3 was Henriette Nyvang with 35 points.
The 9th row also had great scores. It was won by Pernille Stage with 21 points. (lowest handicap). No. 2 Anette Fabrin, 21 p. and no. 3 Else Ankerstjerne, 16 p.
There are prizes for No. 1 in the C and 9 rows.
