There was a large turnout for the Tuesday Club's final match, lunch and general meeting. 82 participated, of which 60 played.
In many ways, it was a thrilling end to the 2018 season. Not only was there a gale force wind when the match was concluded, but 42 prizes were awarded before the general meeting.

First to the winners of today's match, where three-ball-bestball was played, where the team's two best scores counted. In the A+B+C row, 48 participated, and in the 9 row, 12. The winners were: A row no. 1 Karin Birch, Hanne Bjerregaard and Eva Bruun 42 p. No. 2 Jette Vinter, Ulla Aspöck and Bodil Kock 38 p. No. 3: Anette Harmsen, Anne Stryhn and Lis Garval 37 p. No. 4: Birgit Peitersen, Nina Kai Nielsen and Margit Stassen, also 37 points. No. 5 Inge Udsen, Vita Christensen and Lena Brenting also 37 p.
The 9-row was won by Kirsten Egelund, Britt Roust-Jæger and Lis Engel Møller with 13 points. No. 2 Bitten Michelsen, Birgitte Willumsen and Annelise Poulsen with 12 points. In addition, there were applause prizes from Gentofte Kino and Sydbank.

Order of Merit: Winners of the annual trophies, and thus winners of the Tuesday Club's great walking prizes, were: A-row Anita Näsberg with 57 points. B-row Anette Nygaard-Andersen with 51 points. C-row: Sonja Martensen-Larsen 42 points and 9-row Else Ankerstjerne with 55 points. Everyone received a gift certificate of 400 kr. for the pro shop.
Best gross scores and the winner of the beautiful little silver bowl was Vivian Hallstein, who on May 29th had a round of 84 strokes (net 72).

Diligence award: The board would like to thank all the Tuesday club members for the great "diligence prize", gift cards to the pro shop, we received. It was very sweet of you. It will be used with great pleasure - either for decoration (polo) or for use (training)

  1. Oct: Scottish-twosome
    Although the date was October 16th, Scottish Twosome was held in wonderfully calm late summer weather – the fourth leaf-fall summer day in October.
    The match was played in two rows + the 9-row, which played regular stableford. There were 40 and 10 participants respectively. The winners were:
    A row: no. 1 Musen Bulöw and Susanne Tarp 34 p. *No. 2 Vivian Hallstein and Lise Frederiksen 34 p.
    B-row: No. 1 Bodil Kock and Anne Stryhn 41 points. No. 2 Lis Urhammer and Berit Bugge Friis 33 points.
    9th row: No. 1 Anne Jensen 12 points* No. 2 Anne B. Lundquist 12 points*
