Tuesday 26th Octobert.: The weather was on our side when the Tuesday Club ended the season with a match, lunch and general meeting. 67 participated in the match, 52 played 12 holes of greensome and 15 played 6 holes of threeball-bestball. Then 8 more joined when lunch was on the table, so we were 75 in total. The restaurant served an excellent game stew and later coffee with Jacob's delicious tiramisu, and there were wine prizes for the day's best results in the A, B and 9-row.
Order of Merit is the Tuesday Club's ongoing tournament, played every Tuesday when regular stableford or stroke play is played. There were 15 this year. In each round, points are awarded to the 7 best scores in each round. No. 1 gets 7 points, no. 2 6 points, etc.
In the event of a tie at the end of the season, the player with the most 1st places wins. If the score is still tied, the most 2nd places count, then the most 3rd places.
We are very sorry that there were two errors in the first published list. They have now been corrected.
