Despite the heavy rain at the start of Tuesday, some teams ventured out, but most returned wet and cold after the first 2-3 holes. The combination of strong winds and heavy rain was simply too much. But luckily the weather became milder as the day progressed.
After a cup of hot coffee in the lounge and a little chat, some went home, while others put on their rain gear again and went out with the new arrivals. Another team had gotten together and played bridge.
In the A-row, 5 players completed 18 holes and in the B and C-rows 6, but since there must be at least 8 participants to be considered a match, it did not trigger any row prizes or points in OOM.
The board agreed that the best scores of the day should receive a bottle of wine. It went to Ingelise Randow, who scored 37 points. In addition to those who played 18 holes, there were 16 who played 9 and 12 holes respectively.
Fortunately, the weather had improved by the time the 9-row ended. There were also a number of cancellations, but 11 players continued, and therefore their match is considered to count.
Today's winners were: No. 1 Leise Møller 17 points No. 2 Pernille Stage 14 points No. 3 Ulla Junker 13 points (lowest handicap).
