Friday, August 17, 2018: It took a close count before the winner of this year's friendly match between Old Boys and Tirsdagsklubben was found. The winning pair was Inga Munk Andersen and Arve Sund with 41 points. They were thus the first to receive the new walking prizes – thermoses from Georg Jensen. No. 2 was Vivian Hallstein and Ulrik Andersen-Alstrup, and no. 3 was Mette Harder-Rasmussen, Theis Jensen, also with 40 points.
The 9s also participated in the match, but without a walking prize. The 9s series was won by Jette Neubert and Mogens Olesen with 17 points.
The weather was beautiful throughout the match and spirits were high, even though a shower caused us to huddle under the umbrellas at lunch afterwards.
The Tuesday Club thanks the Old Boys for a great day.
