Tobias Lindstrom, who has been employed as a chef at KGK since 2017, has chosen to seek challenges at Hotel Nobis in Copenhagen. Tobias will therefore have his last working day at Hubertus on Sunday 3 November. We wish Tobias good luck in the future and thank him for the good cooperation.
The kitchen will be run by Jakob and Robert in November and December. In January and February 2020, it will be open on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, with Jakob manning the kitchen and 2x Henrik, Victor and Louise behind the bar and helping in the kitchen.

Restaurateur 2020
As Robert, as you know, wants to have more time for the farm in Spain, the hunt for a new restaurateur for 2020 has begun. We have allied ourselves with a professional recruitment partner who will manage the process for us, so that we have a wide range of candidates to choose from and find the right person to fill the shoes of the Medrek brothers. The right person/couple is expected to be hired no later than March 1, 2020.
