The tradition of Pig Match, introduced by Anna Margrethe Nielsen at the dawn of time, is played on the first Tuesday in December. This year it fell on December 1st.
In addition to today's match, the winners of the ongoing Eclectic match, which started in mid-October and ended on November 28, will also be announced. The winners, who received a nice prize, will now also be the hosts of next year's pig match, namely Kamma Munk and Tofa Nadelmann. Big congratulations.
Today's match, 9-hole stableford in two rows, was won in the A-row by Elsebeth Siim with 14 points (lowest hcp.). No. 2 was Anita Näsberg also with 14 points and no. 3 was Trine Fehrn-Christensen also with 14 points.
The B-row was won by Cellina Bisgaard with 15 points. No. 2 Berit Bugge Friis 14 points and no. 3 Kate Dahl 13 points.
Many thanks to this year's pig hosts Susanne Tarp and Anita Näsberg for a pleasant day, where great consideration was given to the many Covid rules.
