Quota status
When the clock struck midnight on New Year's Eve, we could see that 87 had paid their dues and that 7 had donated between 100-300 DKK per donation to the club. Of course, we say thank you very much for that! In addition, there was 4,250 DKK donated by last year's participants in the golf trip to Ireland.
In January, another 10 payments were made, bringing our total to 97 members, and based on the total payments, the board has adjusted the budget for the new season to reflect the amount of membership fees paid in. However, we have budgeted for a deficit this year, and that will continue.

Intro is looking for mentors – is that you?
Introgolf, which is golf for new KGK members – both experienced and beginners – is looking for mentors who can walk around with the new members.
It is played from the end of April to mid-September, every Monday 9 holes typically after 4:30 PM and on the last Monday of the month a Scramble match is played with dinner, where mentors eat for free. You are asked each month which days you can participate.
If you would like to be a mentor this year, please reply to this email to the chairman, who also sits on the Intro Committee.
This year's excursion
This year we are going on a trip to Lund in Sweden and play Lund's Akademiska Golffklubb in the nature reserve Kungsmarken. Invitation will follow later.
Wine awards in 2023
We have decided this year to buy different wines instead of just one or two types. There will be French, Italian, Spanish and maybe even South African. Enjoy.

Winter tournament
We have unfortunately received word from Niels Kofoed that he has been injured and has therefore had to withdraw from the tournament. We wish Niels all the best for a speedy return to Friday golf.
Based on Niels' cancellation of the tournament, we have decided to reset all matches that Niels has played.
There is good activity in 2 of 3 rows – only the C row, where the 9-hole players play, is not so active.
