We have found the originals of the club's first board minutes from December 1898, which also founded the Copenhagen Golf Club. Attached are pictures of this and the text reads:

a meeting in the King of Denmark's Café.
In addition to the invitees, those present were

After some discussion, it was decided
to start a Club under the name of
Copenhagen Golf Club.
The membership fee was set at
20 kroner annually (10 kroner semi-annually) Deposit 10 kroner.
It was decided to send out an invitation
to a limited circle – approximately 50 gentlemen, who
is assumed to have an interest in the Game,
with an invitation to join as a member-
