The last regular Junior Thursday on October 2nd was not very “regular”. It was time for the highly anticipated match of the year: “The Juniors against the Junior Committee” – this year with a guest appearance by the “foreign professionals” Club Director, Tuula Undahl and our all-rounder Thomas Kyhn from the office. The game was played in the Ryder Cup format (match play) with modified scramble (3 juniors on a team against one committee member). It was again a regular slap in the face by the Committee this year; the juniors won 6½-1½ – that kind of defeat stings, but we take them with pleasure! The internal bragging rights have been established for the next year. Thanks to everyone involved 🙂
