The board has constituted itself with the chairman, Birgitte Henrichsen, with vice chairman Christian Rosenstand, treasurer Jens Peter Sørensen and hon. secretary Ina Agerbæk.
Board member Helen Vang Siegumfeldt wants to resign from the board. “I have had increased responsibilities at my job, which makes it difficult to fulfill the position as a board member, which turned out to be more time-consuming than originally assumed,” says Helen. The board will discuss at the next board meeting whether they will find an alternate or continue with 6 members until the next general meeting.
An update of the club's bylaws according to proposal 1 will follow soon.
