We are approaching the lovely Christmas season. I hereby have the pleasure of sending the last newsletter of the year. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all KGK members a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year. Thank you for a great 2021 with you.
The gift to KGK
We still want to be able to get a VAT refund according to Section 8A of the Danish Taxation Act in 2022, which is why we hereby ask a minimum of 100 of the club's members to pay DKK 200 no later than December 31, 2021. This year, payment will be made via Golfbox at this link: https://tourentry.golfbox.dk/?cid=2719964. The information you enter in Golfbox is hidden from the outside world and protected with a password, so that only the club director (signatory) has access to the data you report. The payment can either come from your company or you as a private individual. Please provide your CPR/CVR number in the question.
We will ensure that the information is reported to SKAT shortly after the turn of the year, in secured files that comply with current GDPR regulations. As soon as the report has been made and approved, all information will be deleted. Thank you in advance.
Last sale of the year in the shop 17.12.-19.12.
If you haven't yet found the last gifts for your golfing friend / family member, there is an all-time opportunity from Friday 17.12 to Sunday 19.12., where we are giving 20% discount on almost all stock items.
Another good gift idea could also be golf lessons for 2022 with our knowledgeable pros or a nice gift card, which we will beautifully display in A4 format.
Course status December
Martin Nilsson has written the last course status of the year. We thank you for your kindness in using mats on the course from 15.11. onwards. We can see a big improvement especially on the tees of the par3 holes compared to previous years, which is why it is important that you continue to use the mats – also on the tees. https://www.kgkgolf.dk/banen/#banestatus
Opening hours for December / Christmas
The restaurant: We are open until December 22nd and again on Boxing Day, December 26th, where there are still a few tables available for December 26th. Please support this. We will ensure a good distance between the tables, so that we can enjoy ourselves together, separately. Then we will be back again on January 3rd, 2022.
The shop: The last day we are open is December 22nd. Back again on Monday, January 3rd, 2022. Weekdays are 9:00-15:00 and weekends 9:00-14:00. However, if the track is closed, the shop is only open from 11:00-14:00.
Cabinets / shoes
There has been great interest in membership in Copenhagen Golf Club and this has meant that there is a great demand for the club's back lockers. If you have a back locker that you do not use or need in the coming season, you will make a new member very happy by canceling it.
We would also like to point out that we recommend cleaning the cupboards before the winter season (a vacuum cleaner will be set up from Monday 15 November, which can be used for this purpose). REMEMBER to also empty your bag of anything edible, so that we avoid mice eating from your bag or taking up residence in it. J
Golf shoes!!! There are a lot of them in both the men's and women's locker rooms. We put a small yellow note in all shoes, and if you remove the note from your golf shoe, the shoe will remain in the locker room. If the note is not removed by March 31, 2022, the golf shoe will be moved to our remote storage, and finally disposed of at the beginning of May 2022.
